Title Introduction to contemporary Research Journalism in US Journalism Summary Despite the fact that Investigative reporting roots can be found back in the late 18th Century, it was during the last decades of the 20th one when professional journalists achieved a systematic practice of the craft due to the success of the Arizona Project and the founding and development of Investigative Reporters and Editors Inc.
