Title New proposal for the evaluation of Corporate Reputation: Reputational Performance Indicator Summary Based on a corporate reputation concept already proposed by the author in a previous research, the research makes a comparative analysis of the most recognised existing methodologies for assessing corporate reputation, both from an academic and professional field (reputation monitors). The work allows for identifying the different theoretical approaches, their elements and the reputation concepts underlying the methodologies. Compared all methods, they are classified and critically analysed. The research work concludes with the proposal of a methodology for assessing corporate reputation through performance indicators that conform to the consensus concept of reputation, and which aspires to be a valid and accepted methodology for reputation assessment. Keywords Corporate reputation; reputation rankings; reputation performance indicator.
