Title Unfair Advertising on Spanish Radio: An Empirical Analysis Summary A strict analysis of the advertising discourse broadcast by the commercial radio in Spain shows that the presence of unlawful contents is much more important than the organisms in charge of its follow-up indicate. Starting from the current judicial framework, this research conceptualizes first and measures later the unfair advertising in the Spanish radio, empirically contrasting its profile on the basis of variables such as the type of radio station, the time slot or the kind of product, so revealing the important gaps and serious contradictions that the judicial framework in charge of controlling these unfair contents present.
